Jacobs Engineering, May 2015 - Present, (Peak Technical) – Sr. Scheduler: Planning& Scheduling support to major work modernization within refineries at Richmond (Chevron) & Carson (Tesoro) California. My responsibility are as follows:

·   Engineering & construction scheduling, coordination of work process with the Project Manager & Engineers

·   Resource loading of estimated hours of the project. Input to P6 as required. Monthly reports.

·   Monitoring & updating daily work progress via P6 & report progress to management

San Francisco Bay Area (Natural Gas Midstream Pipeline jobs) - February 2015 to April 2015 – Planner Scheduler (Contractors) - Responsible in developing project schedules of capital jobs within the refinery as an independent contractor as follows;

·   Providing Primavera scheduling task gathering progress quantities installed.

·   MS Project scheduling tool has been used on a daily basis. I am also providing scheduling services day-to-day reports regarding deviation from its original baseline schedule.

·   Monthly invoices review for payment application (schedule of values).

·   Scheduling reviews of critical path that impacts completion of the project milestones.

·   It includes actual installed quantity updates in primavera data base via survey plot through GPS survey (PSSI).

Saulsbury Industries, August 2011 to December 2014 - Senior Scheduler: Saulsbury Industry is a Design-Build firm inclusive of developing project schedules such as projects located at Wheeler, Texas. I was assigned to a natural gas refining plant with refrigeration & compressor units for Cryo plant that produces refined natural gas in Texas. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Schedule development and tracking progress using primavera systems while in Design Build stages. The schedule includes PSSR in the final stages of commissioning & startup

·   Monitors Material Deliveries on site via P6 (MPR) includes prefabrication of pipe system (spool assemblies)

·   Monitoring progress via EVM & total float report to the managers of projects/owner

Tessenderlo-Kerly, June 2011 to August 2011 (Contractor)- Senior Project Scheduler: While contracting with Tessenderlo-Kerly in New Mexico, The project contracted is a grass-root project that involves scheduling of Design-Procure-Built to Startup a mining plant at New Mexico. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Involved in providing resource loaded schedule that provides EPCM for mining plant.

·   EPCM schedules development from P&ID design drawings to a production time line schedule in P6

·   Monitor progress schedule of Engineering-Equipment deliverables to Construction Phases and,

·   evaluated time Impact that provides time extension to the project via total float analysis/ documentation

·   Check field progress

Lockheed Martin, September 10 to June 2011 (Contractor) - Aircraft Production Scheduler : Production schedules for Aircraft Manufacture (P3 Orion) responsible for scheduling delivery to the US Navy while at South Carolina. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Monitoring of production schedules from induction to Station 9 schedules. Maintenance of the schedules through SAP in making sure that the work cards are consistently reflect data in both soft-wares and reports delay notification (DN) to the Program Manager. 

·      Monitor and evaluate critical path of the aircraft using MSP 2007

·      Review SAP  man hour expenditures versus budget & report variances, Capture all changes in the SAP

CW Chester/Newtron Electrical (Contractor) - February 10 – September 10 - Project Scheduler: Construct Instrumentation & Electrical installation work while at Valero Refinery. Contract includes testing and insulation of pressurized vessels, temperature controlled equipment. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Monitor’s schedule progress and compares current progress of work to baseline work schedules.  It also includes analyzing total float and reports impact to project milestone.

·   Verifies variances to baseline scheduling completion. Check validate field reports

·   Perform quantified scheduling by system using Primavera.

·   Weekly analysis of critical path overall that impacts Area Milestones. 

Worley Parsons, September 2007 - November 2009 - Chief Project Control Specialist: While at Shell Refinery at Martinez, California, My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Scheduling & monitoring of critical path for pre-turnaround projects and identifying work priorities that impacts the projected completion dates. Worked on turnaround project planning at DCU.

·   Update schedule and man-hour budget weekly to reflect current status through resource reports in Primavera to Shell. Monitor & update resource man loading report of the Project Engineers. Review planning and scheduling analysis with the P.E. both in Primavera

·   Labor and material data accumulated through SAP were tested in version P3 of Primavera.

·   Provided the baseline schedule and constructability schedules and adapted the final plans for the EPCM for the Flue Gas Scrubber Project at Valero Refinery. Level 5 schedules are proposed and submitted to Valero as final option of executing the project.

Foster Wheeler Corporation September 06 to March 07 (Contractor); Project Scheduling Engineer: While at Chevron's El Segundo assigned at Heavy Crude Project (Coker Unit, Crude Unit, OSBL revamp). The scope of work of the project includes cable pulling and installation of cable trays from the Coker Unit to the newly constructed Main Control Center. This work includes termination of cables and wire to existing substation. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Weekly schedule review/ reports (combined cost) from Contractors to ensure weekly progress data are accurate. This requires coordination and compilation of schedule dates and man hour/cost expenditures from contractors.

·   Scheduling other work outside the Pre-turnaround work.

·   Coordination and scheduling of drawings to be issued for construction necessary for permitting in all phases of engineering work.

·   Monitored and coordinated with the engineering leads to ensure that dates are consistent with the field construction reports. Earn value methodology was used to show progress on all projects to determine physical percent complete.

Chevron Texaco, June 2005 to July 2006 - Master Scheduler at Bollinger/Concord California (Contractor): Develop work schedules (WBS) of Hydrogen Station Plants constructed in the US (5 projects). My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Prepared work schedules of subcontractors in Fabricating CSD (Compressors Storage & Dispensers) & PHG (Purified Hydrogen Generator) units;

·   Monitors sub-contractors schedules and ensure deliveries of major equipment and its components are timely.

·   Meetings were conducted through Net Meeting to coordinate schedules to support requirement. Monitoring project's monthly resources and progress through MS Project Professional.

·   Monitoring of monthly cost commitments of ongoing projects through SAP is performed. Review SAP - man hour expenditures against budget report variances.

Impregilo Healy JV, September 2002 to May 2005 - Senior Scheduler: CSO Project- Heavy Civil Work that involves Tunnels at infrastructure work located in Portland Oregon. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Cost loading/ Estimating of work activities in the CPM baseline schedule.

·   Preparation of monthly scheduling updates; charts presentations, linear scheduling methods.

·   Prepares and coordinates weekly schedules with the superintendents and Subcontractors. Perform scheduling re-sequencing due to changes of project in maintaining project completion dates.

·   Monitoring of construction work activities of subcontractors of overall project. Prepares time entitlement analysis and submits to the Owner (with cost) for review and payment.

·   Involvement in other administrative work: such as interacting with the subcontractor's daily work cost scheduling activities. Prepares Schedule of values and cost estimates for Owner's approval (this application is submitted to the City for payment each month).

Moffatt Nichols Company, June 1998 to December 2000 -Senior Scheduling Engineer: Heavy Civil Work that involve infrastructure work located in Portland Oregon. My responsibilities are as follows:

·   Reviews and evaluated the project schedules of successful bidders at the LA Mid Corridor Project (i.e. linear schedule). Reviewed the (initial) 90-day submittal schedule and the final project schedule submittal of Tutor Saliba (with the cost loading),

·   Reviews field verify and recommends the monthly payment billing applications of Tutor Saliba to ACTA management Team. Provided Hi-Lo revenue projected earnings to Owner

·   Develop CPM scheduling deliverables (bid specs) to be included in specification Section 01310 (bid package preparation). Analyze time impact analysis of the contractors. Defined scope of work that are involved to each of the work task in the schedule for billing
